Hello All,
Just joined and have planned my relo to the MB area for march 1st. So far I have three places under consideration. ( I am in FL and will have my friend do the look overs for me) The one I like most so FAR, is on 65th ave North, 1/2 mile from the beach. There seems to be lots of restaurants and things to do, but that beach area looks more residential than mega hotel-ed up. The other is in Tradewinds in Surside beach. Any Idea's or opinions ? Thanks in advance ! MM |

There are a few OLDER townhouse developments that are a little on the shabby side.. other than that, 65th is a nice area. You're spot on about the beach.. although there are a mid rise hotels close by.
That area is pretty centrally located and offers easy access to both 17 bypass and business.. There seems to be a decent enough mix of owner/rental occupied units in the area... |

47thN is also as residential as MB can get. Across Hwy17 is older established neighborhood, 5 min to public beach, among beachfront houses.
