Beach and conditions at King Fisher Inn, Garden City (North: work, furnishings)

My family has a potential timeshare trade to King Fisher Inn. Anyone know about the beach there i.e. restored lately? Also, I know it is an older property so I am not expecting fancy, but just looking to see if it is kept up and furnishings changed regularly. Any info would be appreciated. It sounds like a pretty area. We have been many times to Hilton Head and ready to explore different part of SC. Thanks

I think the beach has been restored in that area. I know around Thanksgiving they were in the area of Oceanside Village and heading south. I'm not sure how far south they got with the restoration.

Funny how they move around. But.........I think the area by King Fisher is done now.
It was an interesting process to watch. Pipes that were up North on the beach, were taken down South,today, but I think it is because they are finished in this area.
Never know, the platform and the boats are still out there and can be seen from the Oceanside Village beach. The beach is looking good.........
No worries of not having a beach.....everything worked out well.
