The Grove at Pendleton is planned 350-acre development at the northwest corner of Highway 76 and Highway 187 in Anderson County, South Carolina. It would surround Milliken's Gerrish Milliken Plant (100 Dalton Drive, Pendleton, South Carolina 29670-9178). Pendleton Town Council is considering an ordinance to annex The Grove at Pendleton into the Town of Pendleton.

The Grove at Pendleton could see residential uses in entry- and mid-level housing subdivisions and apartments, offices, and commercial uses for restaurants, retail, gas stations, and a grocery store.

Thanks for posting this. Looks like it will be a cool development.

Do you know if The Grove at Pendleton is being done by the same developer as The Grove at Ebenezer? Or is the naming a coincidence.

The Grove at Pendleton is being developed by someone locally in Anderson County. I assume The Grove at Ebenezer in Florence, Florence County, is being developed by someone else.
