Bi-LO #5758 could be closing by the end of August. It appears hours of operation have been reduced, and several departments and services have closed or have ceased.

So this Bi-Lo #5758 is a former Piggly Wiggly? Sorry to see it close. Are there any Piggly Wiggly stores remaining in the coastal Carolina communities? They used to have locations from Myrtle Beach down to Charleston, and there was a very nice Piggly Wiggly at Pawley's Island. Not sure what is there now.

Yes, it was a Piggly Wiggly. Piggly Wiggly #54 was a decent store before Bi-Lo acquired it.

Yes, Piggly Wiggly does have stores remaining along coastal South Carolina. Piggly Wiggly Carolina Company store 134, The Market Common, 1220 Moser Drive, Myrtle Beach, South Carolina 29577-1575, is the only remaining corporate owned store in operation.

Piggly Wiggly at The Shops at Litchfield Market Village, 115 Willbrook Boulevard, Pawleys Island, South Carolina 29585-7695, is now Bi-Lo #5741.

That Piggly Wiggly at Pawley's Island was a nice store. Hopefully Bi-Lo doesn't let it decline like some of their stores. But if Publix ever opens nearby, it may face a challenge.

Publix #1478, Pawleys Island Plaza, 10225 Ocean Highway, Suite F1, Pawleys Island, South Carolina 29585-6505, helps with that challenge.
