Hello all!

I have just been accepted with an internship in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is with a hotel right in uptown Charlotte, right near the Epicenter! I am wondering, if anyone has ever lived there, or visited, where would be the best area to live in to be close by work? I do not have a concern about being too far (30 min) from my job, as long as it's not too pricey and it's a fun place to live. I am still a college student so I am looking for a fun place with decent nightlife (can walk to bars/restaurants/etc.)

Thanks in advance!

For South Carolina, you should think about anything close to the light rail station in Pineville
