Default Buying a house in SC
Hello,

Does anyone have an opinion on 80/10/10 loans? I'm buying a house in SC and that type of loan was recommended to me.

Also, does anyone rent retail space in the Myrtle Beach area that can give me some feedback?

Average prices? Tips? What not to do?
