Great Neck, New York-based First Quality, a producer of private-label and branded bath tissue, paper towel, diapers and feminine hygiene products, is planning to expand operations at its plant at 441 Masters Boulevard, Anderson, South Carolina 29626-6127. It previously announced in May 2010 a $1 billion investment that could create 1,000 jobs over a decade. I wonder if the addition of a tissue-making machine, projected to be operational in 2018, is part of that announced investment.
