Default WOW People are more friendly in South Carolina

I was just visiting South Carolina over the weekend and I was over whelm with South Carolina hospitality.

I went inside a convience store in Hartsville, SC and that is when I first notice the spirit of South Carolina. The staff that was working was having a good ol time and said hello and ask if I need anything.

I stopped in a Bojangles and they has a manager taking orders for those waiting in line so they do not have the deer in front of headlight syndrome.
While we was eating our meals another manager came by and asked if we need anything and asked if everything was ok.
Very impressive for fast food restaurant.

During the weekend and the staff of the CK store was phenominal.

Everytime a sales associate pass me they ask if I need anything, Ask if I want them to take items already picked out to the check out area,

Every place I went into there was always soemone very friendly to me.

I see why people of this state love it there. Thank you for being so friendly.

Sunny, we discovered the same thing when we were down there. We've been fortunate enough to bump into a few places where the people were friendly. The Myrtle Beach area, Tulsa, and St. Pete all seem to have very nice out-going people.

I love the people here too.........Just love how everyone acts and their cheerfulness.......
However, I had to giggle, because just this Sunday, someone spent a good ten minutes yelling at me.........after THEY slammed their car door into my car.
Yes.......I was already inside eating and watched it.
Because I was just a little tad, bit.......sad, about it. I got yelled at......all kinds of issues were bought up. LOL........way beyond their door denting my car.
You'd of thought I did it to them.........good golly.
But........that is a first. I have come here for five years....and always love the people and the area. So..........ah.........One bad apple doesn't spoil the whole bunch......thats how it goes right. I love ya' anyway South Carolina.......
So you have one less "smiling face" with that yelling girl.......Ah.......it should have been the other way around right? My car was dented.......hummmmmm

jennazer is on a distinguished road
I know. We moved down here, and grew up outside of Philadelphia, so it was like entering a world we never knew existed but always hoped did. We absolutely love it, and it is so nice to live in an area where people smile, say hello, and wave to you even when they don't know you, and strike up conversations with you while waiting in lines, etc.... Our oldest son is exposed to incredible manners and is now saying yes mam, and yes sir. It's so nice to hear. We always made sure he said please and thank you, but the mam and sir is not something that is used in the north, although it should be.
