Congratulations to the four schools that have won the Palmetto's Finest. My step-son goes to Waccamaw High School in Pawleys Island and I have dealt with the staff at the HS on a few occasions on a professional level, each time has been impressive. I know the school system in SC has a poor reputation but there are some diamonds in the rough out there.
