Anderson, South Carolina: Hotel coming to South Main Street and East Market Street (Sumter: hotels)

A $12,000,000 multi-level hotel has been announced to locate at the northeast quadrant of South Main Street and East Market Street in the City of Anderson in Anderson County, South Carolina. The hotel brand has not been announced yet. Construction of the hotel could take approximately two years to complete.

The hotel will include at least ninety rooms, ground level space for retail and dining, conference and meeting rooms, a fitness center, a swimming pool, and an outdoor patio.

The brand of the hotel is gonna be Home2 Suites by Hilton! It will be located at the intersections you mention, behind the Mellow Mushroom, on what is now a big parking lot.
