jinks is on a distinguished road
Modular homes are sections of homes trucked in and put together on the property. A manufactured home, previously called a trailer, is a home brought in already built and installed on the property. The manufactured home can be a single wide, double wide or triple wide. I know double wides are brought in as two different sections. I'm thinking that a triple wide is also in two sections and not three. I have lived in a double wide for many years and find it just as good as a stick built home without the price. Any home that is taken care of will last a good many years. If you are hard on either and don't keep them up then they will both pretty much need more repairs in the long run.
