It's not in any city. It's on I-95, just south of the NC border, close to the little town of Dillon. It is a kitschy tourist trap, but it's cute. A good place to stop while on a long trip.

I Ve Been Buy Headed North On 95. It Get's Your Attention That's For Sure. It Looked Like It Was Closed When I Went Buy, That's Why I Was Wondering What It Was. Thankyou For Your Replies

It is an absolute filthy dump that should be passed by.
In no way can you compare it to anything in Pigeon Forge.
It's trashy, dirty and run down.
In no way is an an amusement park, it has some dirty carnival like rides for kids that is set up to suck money out of families heading to Myrtle Beach.
Stay away from it, it is that filthy!
Remember the worse carnival you have ever been to and times that by 100, that is South of the Border!

I rode through sometime last year but it was late at night & mostly closed. It was quite the tourist trap. I was surprised how much it had grown from when I was kid when it was just a giant sombrero. I recall those billboards from a hundred miles away and it meaning that we getting close to our SC destination.
