They're a relatively small builder out of Charleston. They've done some communities in Charleston, Beaufort, Myrtle Beach and are now starting one in Fort Mill called Walden Park. Nice looking homes but the neighborhood is just getting off the ground and I'm always concerned with smaller builders - especially when they change names. I've checked around the net and haven't come across anything negative. Anyone have any experience with them or heard anything? Thanks.

Hampton Homes aka Brentwood Homes also has a development on Dobys Bridge Road. Decent houses, alot of promises and alot not done. New management - superintendants have not been very helpful - you really have to keep on them.
