Default MLS websites for Georgetown and Beaufort/Hilton Head
Can anyone tell me the website(s) that might have all the MLS real estate listings for the Georgetown and Beaufort/Hilton Head areas? I'm looking for a sister site like the Charleston area has in Charleston Real Estate Guide.com that shows all the properties that are listed through the multiple listing service. I'm not ready to work with a realtor but would just like to see all the listings. Thanks.

Realtor.Com is nationwide with local search. Also, Remax and Weichert have national sites that point you to local areas. You can use zip codes which you can get with google. You can also try googling real estate Hilton head for example.
You might try Zillow and also Trulia.

You should also go to the national builder sites. These would be D R Horton , Beazer Homes, Centex Homes

You can search the Coastal Carolina Association which includes the Georgetown area. Look for the search mls link. It does not appear the Hilton Head site allows the public search function but listings will be on Realtor.com

Hilton Head has hiltonheadmls.com. It's nice since you can sort by plantation.
