Wren schools are Ruff ? I had a friend that lived out there and she said it was great ..I guess you never know until you experience it.. Did you know children that went there?
We are finally moving from Long Island to South Carolina.
Hi all,
It took a while to sell the house up here on Long Island, but it's finally happening. We should be moved into the Easley area (just outside Greenville, SC) by July 1st 2008.
Looking forward to the new area and melting into the southern life style.
Congratulations on your pending sale... once it is done it will be a huge relief. We recently sold our house on LI after 26 months on the market. We moved to the coast 2 years ago & have not regretted it one bit. I hope you have the same experiences!
Hi Just saw thismessage. Hope you are still linked. My husband's family moved to Summerville and they tell us that it is nice. Could you give me more info please I really appreciate it. I live in North Miami Beach, FL and are looking for a new move. I have three children. Wondering about the schools, too.
HI, I HAVE A HOME IN jEDBURGH which is right outside of summerville by the interstate. i am 30 minutes form downtown charleston. the schools are great as a matter of fact cain bay is just opening this year and its so nice. my home is 3000sq ft , 5bdrms, 2.5 ba, and 1..76 acres of land with firewood and tool shed. i would be happy to send pics. the home appraises at #375,000 but im onlyl asking $285,000. Went through divorce and need to downsize. its a very functional home especially if you like being close to every amenity of a city but benefit the quiet and privacy of a country setting.

He has been posting on the job boards and sending resumes, we are just worried no one will take us seriously since we are not down there yet. We are thinking of renting for a while, then finding a place that we can rent to own, (credits not so good) I would like to know about some nice apartments, areas and so on. Right now we can afford anywhere up to about $900 a month for rent. If anyone can help us with any nice affordable areas it would be greatly appreciated. Also what are the normal highs down there as far as temp goes??
