Riverview Park - North Augusta, SC
Hi! Can anybody tell me what the residential area around Riverview Park in North Augusta, SC is like? Nice? Just okay? Avoid?
Any help is appreciated. Thanks in advance!

The part of it that I have been in is uber expensive. The homes are nice, but yikes!

Thanks for replying. Can you tell me anything about the W. Buena Vista Ave and Alta Vista Ave area? That's where the park's/city's Lions Memorial Field is. Is that a decent area? Thank you, again.

From what I remember that is a decent area. Close to the river with some nicer homes.

Hammond's Ferry is extremely expensive, not even the average Northern transplant can afford a home there. All that area by the river is really nice, the bad areas are on the other side of main street. North Augusta puts on a very appealing image, but there are some bad and 'forgotten' places throughout the city.

Thanks, but I'm not looking to buy. The point is kind of moot now, anyway, as I decided to move back to my hometown of Greenville, instead of N. Augusta. Thanks, again.

Wow. If they're so expensive why are they building them? There must be a market for them. I wonder how that's going to turn out. At any rate, I decided to move back to my hometown of Greenville, so it's all kind of a moot point now. Thanks for the information, though!
