girls softball (Sumter, Anderson, Greenwood: live in, county, summer)

Just moved to Anderson from Chicago. Can anyone give me information regarding girls softball. My daughter has played for about 3 years. She is 11 and we moved in the middle of her season. No one has been able to give us info regarding the sport except that the only season played was in the spring and it just ended. No summer league? No fall ball? She's really missing the game and her friends so I'd like to get her playing again. Thanks!!

There are plenty of travel teams that play year round. The Carolina Rage out of Greenwood have a good organization and are having tryouts on July 18. You can contact me for more info. My daughter just started with the 10u Rage and we live in Oconee county about 20 minutes from Anderson.

Izzy, my wife plays year-round in Sumter, but my daughter also just finished spring league and I haven't heard any word of a summer/fall league for her.
