Aiken fun?
Hello! I was curious what there is for a twenty-something couple to do in Aiken, SC? Nightlife, clubs, etc? We were there over Thanksgiving and found it hard to locate others in our age group... Any suggestions?

nkgately, if you're twenty-something, you probably want to be in Columbia, Charleston, or Charlotte.
I wouldn't go to Aiken looking for a good time.

well, we really don't have a choice in the location (free place to stay) so I guess we'll have to make the best of it... thanks for your help (I guess??)

Having lived in Aiken for many years I can assure you there is very little for a young couple to do in Aiken. There are a couple bars in downtown Aiken that are fairly decent, and there are a couple sports bars "uptown," namely the Break Room and, well that is about it. If you want to have more fun, Augusta is only about 45 minutes away, and Columbia is not much farther.
