Anyone renting out a house or apt. in Bluffton or Hilton Head? (Columbia: for sale)

Hey there. My husband and I are moving from Columbia to Bluffton on October 1st. We need to live in an apt, condo, house, or whatever until our house in Parkside at Baynard is completed in January. Anyone out there have something we can rent for 3 or 4 months that is under $1200 per month? We need at least 2 bedrooms and something that will allow our cat and dog to live with us. Any help is appreciated. Thanks so much!!

With all the homes for sale in those areas there must be some homes for rent. Try contacting one of the local real estate agency's for rental info.
