i do a lot of gardening i may be able to help you with what you need or point you in a good direction..try picking up a copy of the market bulletien put out once a month by the sc ag dept lots of good stuff there.

Cool weather crops thrive where you have days in the 70F range, nights in the 50'sF and low evaporation rates.

Great for dairy, also.

Quite different from SC, which is why I defer to Southernmeltdown's knowledge-base in this subject area.
