The CLIFFS (Seneca: sales, buying, moving to)

Does anyone have any personal experiences with The Cliffs Communities? We are moving to the Seneca area from PA in July. We are going back down for another trip in April to try to find housing (again) but I think we will just end up buying property and building our own. We are interested in the Cliffs at Keowee and have spoken to their sales consultant, but we are hoping to get some resident responses about the communities. Any info or insight will be greatly appreciated. Thanks, Leigh.
