That article pertains specifically to the individual in the Atlanta area. It has nothing to do with Trademark or the TX counterparts. I would not be surprised if there aren't federal indictments against this fella... and rightfully so. he isn't even LICENSED to do real estate transactions in GA! Shame on A&E for not doing their homework...

Big Tall Blond Guy
Does anyone know why the big tall blond guy (can't remember his name) that someone posted about earlier is not on the new show? He was like Richard's partner on the original series, but now you don't see him at all. I'm glad he's gone. I thought he was very arrogant and was only riding Richard's coat tails. I thought he treated Richard terribly when he would just take off and go four-wheeling when he was mad at Richard for not answering his phone. Anyway...I was just wondering if Richard canned his butt like he should have done a long time ago...friend or no friend.

I absolutely love this show. I really like Richard because when he flips a house, he doesn't want to cut corners. I like the Montelongo's show too, but I wouldn't buy anything from them. The one brother, not David, will try to cover up all kinds of stuff. What I like about Richard is that his work is more high class and he seems to care about doing good things for people. I love the marathons. I could watch them all day. I came looking in these South Carolina pages because of that show. Just wanted to see what your state is like. Yall take care.

This is a fun show! However, it wasn't The Real Deal, it was called something else(?). I wonder if this was an error in the EPG (Electronic Program Guide), or if they ran into some infringement issue with the prior name. Don't get caught on this one like I almost did. If you did miss it, Richard tried to straighten out a friend from his childhood. They fixed up his house, but who knows how long he will stay off the sauce, or whatever he was on.

The new show was pretty good.
It was more about rehading his old best friend more than anything.

Is that the "pimp my flip" show? I lost interest in the first few minutes.

Um, that would not be entirely true. On one of the old shows he got into to hot water with a local building inspector over attempting to renovate without proper permits. He then told his crew to keep working when he was told to cease. Finally, he begrudgingly went to take care of the permit problem.
I would not buy a house from a flipper, nor would I ever buy a house from a flipper that was on TV.

imagine if you bought one of those homes and then seen all the rats and crap that used to be in the home on tv. That would stink a little bit, dont you think.

Hi,
I used to work for Trademark and they are a really fun loving bunch. I also learned a lot from Richard and the gang.
