Sorry, my2kidsmom, I have to disagree with you about Kevin. I do agree that he was funny occasionally, but I always thought that he was way too full of himself. I don't think he had the company's best interest in mind and had his own agenda. And if he got mad at Richard, he would throw a tantrum and quit working and go hunting or fishing, taking the whole crew with him, screwing up the deadline. Remember that beach house episode where he said he wanted to go half with Richard. Well, all I saw was Richard writing the checks and Kevin doing whatever he wanted to do. They ended up losing big time on that deal, if I remember correctly. I was really glad to see him gone. Maybe Dan will get better with experience. He definitely has it going on in his construction abilities...he just needs to work on his people skills a little.
