Question Bluffton/Hardeeville area: cost of building per sq. ft.????
Does anyone know the cost of building a smaller home (1,000 - 1,500 sq. ft.) in the area around Hardeeville and Bluffton? What would it cost me to build a 1,000 sq. ft. home there, for instance--not including the land, which looks like it runs around $45-55K.
Can anyone suggest a good builder that builds round modular homes out of aluminum (steel?)? Round homes are less susceptible to hurricanes, and would be a great idea there.
