Default Things to do in Santee and Charleston
Hello all. For our vacation we wanted to come to Charleston. Santee is the closest city we could use our timeshare in. Wondering what kind of family activities there are in the surrounding cities. Also if there are any amusement parks. Your help with this matter is greatly appreciated.

The fishing guide at Santee State Park gives a great boat ride on Lake Marion and he'll take private parties for fishing,too. Whatever you do,do NOT miss Saturday night at the Lone Star BBQ. Local musicians, it's the real deal. The Elloree Museum is six miles down Hwy 6 from Santee, very special place. . Elloree is a great little town. Have a wonderful time!
