Default Unpaid POA Fees at Various Plantations on/off HHI
Builders and speculators taking a mulligan? I'm hearing unpaid fees at Wexford approaching $500,000.

"Oh...sorry kids....there's $500,000 less in my estate because i used it to play golf at Colleton River Plantation the last 2 decades of my life....and then continued to pay $20,000 a year even after i couldn't play anymore." MLS # 256621 @ Colleton River was $825,000 a week/2 ago....now it's $599,900. They can't give these places (or lots) away.
