Default Williamston, Belton, Easley and Pelzer

Can anyone tell me about these towns? Are they as laid back as they seem?

OK, I have another question if someone can answer I would appreciate it. There is a home in Piedmont that I am interested in . I is near the corner of Daytona Lane and Old Pelzer Hwy. Does anyone know if that highway right there is a noisy and busy highway?

I live in AZ so it's difficult for me to drive by. That's why I was hoping someone in the area would know.
