we are trying to buy a big piece of land and put a manufactured home on it.
How difficult is it to do this? where can i buy manufactured home near McCormick SC area? Thank,

There are several routes you can take to get a mobile home on some land here in SC There are land home packages that have mobile homes and land. There are many, many mobile home dealers in South Carolina. Best bet is to look around.. They will transport them free usually if you buy from them.. At least they did for me when I bought one in Sumter, SC and had it transported 150 miles south to Beaufort, SC. If I were you I would look around the North Augusta, SC area, Lexington, SC area, Greenville, Anderson and Spartanburg areas to look for a trailer and to get a good price..

I don't know the names of any of the places, but there are a few manufactured home places in Greeenwood, which is about 20 miles from McCromick.
