Smile Curious About BBQ

I am from Columbia, so I am used to yellow pulled pork BBQ, which is yummy! When we moved to Sumter, we went to get BBQ and discovered it was red, which I don't like. I was told they don't have yellow BBQ on this side of the river (Wateree) so I now make my own. Since then I have learned there is another type of BBQ, vinegar based. So I am just curious, where do you live and what type of BBQ do you have there?

This thread may be helpful. I haven't heard it referenced by color, but I assume you are talking about the sauce; mustard-based (yellow), tomato-based (red), and vinegar-based.
