No, I'm suggesting that it is a city.

And if you remember I spoke of a corridor for trans-shipment.


Such areas don't necessarily do 'well', they just have activity.


Nogales, AZ is the poster child for this.

Most of the area IS drive by in the sense that Mrpeatie stated...

Savannah is bypassed by I95,so is Charleston.

Well as you don't live here perhaps you don't know such things...

I95 is miles away from Charleston,miles away from Savannah.

So you DON'T know that Savannah is miles away from I-95...You have to take I-16 to get to I-95.
Pooler is located next to I-95.



Now Charleston is MILES away from I-95....

I was in Savannah last year.

The Savannah Metro is what we are talking.

You do understand modern metro development?

Santee (Town) is where I-95 comes closest to Charleston- NOT in the Trident metro area, BUT still close enough to be a logical trans-shipment distribution point.

Except for that pesky, melanin thing the locals are into.
