Do you know how I get a SC immunization record? We have lived in ND for the past year but before that were in Iowa, so that's where my kids were immunized. Their immunization records are in their school files, but it sounds like I need to do something more official for Fort Mill school registration.
Do I just take them to a Fort Mill pediatrician, and bring their records with me?
When I moved down here from PA, I filled out a form at my new pediatrician's office and they arranged for the transfer of records. Then they filled out the SC immunization form. I believe that is how it went though, it was about four years ago. I know I didn't bring the records with me from PA though. I never handled them at all, the dr's offices took care of everything. I just picked up the immunization form and took it to school.
