Anybody have suggestions for a good dentist in or around Spearfish? (That hopefully doesn't cost an arm and a leg! )

While I'm first posting here, anybody have any idea what pulling a tooth would usually cost? Never been to the dentist here in the US, so I don't have the slightest idea what kind of prices are considered low or high.

We are getting ready to try Dana Dental. Have heard good things about them. No idea on the rates, because I have dental insurance.

Oh, I tried emailing them to see if they had any ballpark figures for me.
My insurance just covers dental stuff if it's an emergency. Since this doesn't hurt like heck I'm guessing it doesn't count as a emergency

If you don't mind the drive to Belle Fourche, I liked Jackson Dental here, too. Just looking for something a bit more kid-friendly.
