We are hopeful to come next summer to escape the heat here and see some places known/unknown to us. I will definitely want to see Sx Falls and the Falls Park area. I am a looker more than a shopper, but my DH is shopper big time! We will have to have a lunch or something. We are not much at nightlife!

That sounds great!!!! YES~lunch would work fine. We aren't exactly night owls either. If we go out of town, we have to head for home so we don't end up driving in the dark.

South Dakota looks WONDERFUL!!! Those trees are HUGE, and the scenery is AWESOME....I'm impressed....Here is some Alberta snow....here the snow only lasts a few days, then our chinooks come along and melt it all, then we have ICE the rest of the winter.....

gracemycat,
That Alberta driving looks treacherous! Probably a couple months and we here in SD will
have to put up with those kind of roads.

This is a pic of the fountain at our local college. It's always such a relaxing spot and as you can see, they have flowers around it during the summertime. Check out our normal winds. LOL

This is part of the new addition to the campus. In the background, you can see the new McGovern Library.

Very pretty campus, Jammie. We have really been having the wind here lately. Those pictures above yours looked sooo cold. Hope your weather is going to be mild this winter.
