Yup, I live by the bird feeder. I've got you beat though~I've lived in this area for 52 years.

It's good to hear that you love taking pics cause then I KNOW you'll share them with us.

this bridge crosses Sand Creek, in Silver Creek Township, Sanborn County
The last one, of it's kind, and is scheduled for replacement, with culverts, Spring 2008.

I just wanted to mention this in case anyone is interested. It didn't even occur to me until I was browsing pics in OK a couple days ago.

You all have so many nice pics of your area. If you type in "Sioux Falls, SD detailed profile" OR whichever city you have pics of, you can upload them to that site. It's a CD site and they are giving away cash prizes in the future. (Not sure if they've done it in the past.) And if you're worried that you didn't do it right, don't worry cause it takes a while until they're actually posted there. My guess is they have to go through them all to be sure they're all rated PG.

Just thought you may be interested in showing off your town.

yesterday, i fired up the old blue truck, and went on a hunting ''adventure'' , seeking a Christmas tree for the deck. theses are the ones i 'let go!'.........and i'm heading out, again today(loooking for something growing in fence line/ditch, that the county will cut down, anyway.
