Yes, a lot of people do it. However, there are incidents where people have fallen in so I don't personally do it.

Kool, well people should watch where they are walking i assume. it would suck if they banned people from walking on them, its a pretty park.

Yea, my wife and I walked all over them.....Its quite fun to get close, the two duck pictures I took, I was only a couple feet away before they heard my feet.....

It seems at least twice a year, someone will get trapped out on the rocks or they fall in...but its fun! 
That huge crane in the background is for the Minnehaha County Courthouse project... They are adding on to it...but they are building it upward

Yea, I went away to college like 5 years ago and it was there....I come back and its still there....Us South Dakotans seem to be kinda slow eh?

"Laid back" is a better term.  I've seen that term used in a few states as a replacement for "lazy".
