Hello to all,
we just got back from 6 days of riding the hills of south dakota and found ourselves twice in Lead/Deadwood area. we live up in the very north west corner of Minnesota and way out in the country. I am originally from the LA area and hubby from the resort life...we swore we would never live in a town of any size again..love the quiet etc...we have no neighbors near and it is so very quiet and peaceful..but ...riding our harley thru Lead/Deadwood area we caught ourselves saying at the same time..."I would live in this town!"
So we are interested in seeing what the market is for a second home.
Would like contract for deed or rental ..either..any ideas where to look?

thank you
