Will you be getting married soon? There are a lot of people who get married in Hitchcock Park at the gazebo. That part of the park is full of beautiful flowers. Of course, they may not last much longer.
Another spot where we've seen weddings is at DWU~Dakota Wesleyan University. The campus is very pretty and it's part of my walk so I go by there every day. I've often seen weddings there or just the photoshots there. They have two water fountains and the lawn is so nicely kept all the time. They are doing an addition with landscaping and a pond, but it isn't done quite yet.
That's about all I can think of right now. Maybe someone else can give you some ideas.
