I would appreciate information on how to get a copy of a birth certificate for a person born in Lake Preston in 1921.

Default Birth Certificate
Birth Certificates are normally recorded at the registrars office in the county where the person was born. The county seat for Kingsbury County is De Smet, SD 57231. If you contact the county clerk for Kingsbury Cnty in De Smet, they should be able to help you.
