Probably too late, but I remembered the East end of the Badlands. The exit is marked as "Cactus Flats".

Hey there, good luck! One thing nobody mentioned is that on the Iron Mountain/Needles drive, as you go through the tunnels, look back at Mt. Rushmore. Many of the Tunnels were cut in such a way as to frame Mt. Rushmore like a picture. It's pretty cool. Bring your camera and be careful driving.

Sorry, I'm not sure about the addy's, but once you get on 16A going south of Rapid, you'll see signs that will lead you right to Mt. Rushmore. Then as you're leaving the Monument, you'll have signs that should guide you right to Crazy Horse.
