Lakes in Hamlin County (Sioux Falls, Aberdeen: homes, cottages, best)

I haven't been able to find much information on the web on this area. Are these developed recreation areas? How would you describe the amount of development? Are they cottages, bungalows, 2nd homes or primary residences? Does the water warm up much in the summer?

You may want to see if you can get in contact with a county Chamber of Commerce.

I wouldn't expect it to be developed much at all, with a population of just over 5,000.

You within probably within 2 hours of either Aberdeen and Sioux Falls. Watertown is relatively close also.

There seems to be a handfull of lakes in Hamlin County.

Google Maps and type in Hayti SD. Hayti is the county seat of Hamilin County.
