While looking for something else, I came across an interactive map off oil & gas wells in S D along with locations of dry holes that have been drilled. It looks like Harding, Butte, & Fall River counties are where the oil & gas is. There seems to have been a lot of dry holes drilled west of the Mo, but not a lot of production.
