Default Online documents from the Keystone Oil Pipeline Project - Impacting Brown, Marshall Counties - Hecla Sandhills Route

I do not live in SD anymore (grew up there) but was back to visit recently.
I read alot about the Keystone pipeline and realized that an "alternative" route has it passing thru the area I used to live in.

None of the articles in the Aberdeen Amer. News had any reference to a place to find documents about the project online - that I can recall.

Figures - it's not a very good paper.

No idea why the urls didn't show up properly as I'm not familiar with this BBS system.

If someone wants to repost so they are fixed, feel free.

Otherwise just "cut and paste".

I did not read all of the links but is this a pipeline that comes down from Canada through the northern plains? Is it like the Alaskan pipeline? Thanks.
