I see that our in/out migration is better in the past couple of years as opposed what it is in earlier this decade and in the late 1990s. It would be nice to see, in addition to Sioux Falls and Rapid City/Black Hills areas, other areas to grow. It is good to see us rate well, the state turning itself around into a promising area slowly but surely. Very good post, jammie.
