I would certainly ask them for a refund if your child is no longer there. Not sure they will refund the money you already "used" despite their level of "care", but you could always threaten that you will report them if you don't, and then report them anyway after you get your money.

I don't blame you for being upset! I worked with this age for many years.....I was the director of an infant and toddler facility at one point, I worked in other day cares, I was a nanny and I've had my own children. I can tell you, from my professional/personal experience, a toddler that bites is actually NOT common (AT ALL!!). I dealt with one "biter" in all of my years and we took it very seriously!! This involved a lot of documenting so that when he was kicked out, we had reports as to why. I'm so sorry that you and your baby had to deal with that.
