Default international airport for SE S.D.?

Say I need to get to Yankton from somewhere in Europe. What would be the best airport to fly to?

Thanks.

Nearest international airport is Minneapolis...so best advice would be to take an airline that flies into MSP (either direct or via another airport)....and then take Northwest Airlines flight from MSP to FSD. Would need your own transport to Yankton.

Also, Northwest's European hub is Amsterdam. So plan your trip in Europe from there.

As said, Minneapolis is your nearest international airport. I would also suggest checking into cost of flying into New York, then booking a flight from New York to Minneapolis or Omaha. Sometimes it can be cheaper, just leave yourself at least a couple hours between arrival and departure in New York, in case your delayed.

Northwest would be the most logical option. United Airlines is another option but one has to fly into Denver or Chicago (with a possible stop in Washington, DC) and then fly to Sioux Falls.
