Default Allergies in Sioux Falls?

I'm thinking about a move to Sioux Falls, but I have pretty bad allergies, especially tree allergies (though other types as well). I've had trouble finding information on what the allergy situation is there, especially during spring and summer. Any info you have would be helpful.

Hi. I wish I could help you find out the info you're looking for. The only thing I can think of is to go to weather.com. They do have a lot of info on there such as pain index, allergies, etc. It may give you a bit of an idea if you could live there or not. Also, would your Dr. know if it'd be a good area for you?

I can say I have terrible allergies as well and when we lived on the East side - 1 hr north of SF they were terrible - ragweed especially (but also trees and grass).

Default alergies

I feel sorry for you. Where can you live that that type of allergy has relief? I used to live down in Eastern SD. Thankfully, I don't have the allergies that you do. Sioux falls has less trees then most places. But like mentioned above, rag weed, and such are going to kick your butt. But then again, what place won't?

I think you will really enjoy the area, it's loaded with wonderful people that can point out the local pharmacist so you can get some relief. But, those same wonderful people will give you a ride if you need one.

Good luck. I now live up in the mountains of Wyoming. It's too darn cold to grow allergies up here. haha
