Looking for ethnic diversity (Sioux Falls, Rapid City: stats, area, population)

I am looking for ethnic diversity in S. Dakota. I have been looking at the stats and I can't seem to find an area with diversity. Does anyone know of a town? I appreciate the feedback ... Thank You

Sioux Falls would be about as diverse as it gets when it comes to ethnicity. There is a large Native American population in the state as well.
