Tomorrow's the big day. The new Target opens at 5pm, ribbon cutting right before. It's "friends and family night" but anyone can shop.

I don't think that a Nordstrom is going to be in Rapid City. Their website has all the openings until 2012 including Nordstrom Racks. I was hoping that it would be true considering that we are moving to the nearby area. Unless it is after 2012...
