I have a house in Edgemont , How are the people there .and jobs in healthcare, and where is the best place to buy a wood stove

Edgemont is kind of a dead town. It's mostly just a few homes and maybe a bank and a convenience store. The closest medical jobs would be in Hot Springs and Rapid City. You'd probably buy a wood stove at Pamida in Hot Springs or some store in Rapid City. People around there are hard-working and friendly!

Not to detour anyone from Edgemont, but does someone know how safe it is to live there? I remember that years ago, uranium was mined in that area. Was everything cleaned up and made to be a safe place again?
