Default Sioux Falls

Staying in Sioux Falls for business and the night before I fly out I wanted to enjoy the city .

Which hotel to choose? Close to the city night life is a must.
Bars to visit?
Which Steak House to eat at?

Downtown has some night life. Good hotels downtown include Country Inns & Suites and Holiday Inn.

Sioux Falls has a number of different bars. Nutty's and Nutty's North are bars popular with people in their 20s. Nutty's North is closer to hotels such as Ramada Inn, Sheraton, and Super 8 Motel in NW Sioux Falls. These hotels are near the Sioux Falls Arena and the convention center.

Borrowed Buck's and Nutty's are in the southwestern part of the city and are relatively close to hotels, although one may need to take a cab.

As for steakhouses, Foley's would be a good place to try. Most of the good tasting and good-priced steaks are in independently-run steakhouses in neighboring towns such as Tea, Brandon, and Hartford (each within 5-8 miles from Sioux Falls). Outback and LoneStar Steakhouse in Sioux Falls have good steaks, although they are chain restuarants.

I agree with Chris...
Well... is your company paying for the room? If so, go with the Sheraton at West & Russell.... If you wanna be downtown, I would choose the Holiday Inn City Centre on 8th Street. It's within walking distance of the downtown bars... Both are probably similarly priced... Another good hotel is the Club House Hotel & Suites on Louise Avenue.... It's near a shopping district...it's attached to a Carino's restaurant (Italian). Most of the nightlife is downtown. The exceptions would be Nutty's & Buck's. Both attract the younger crowd. Nutty's has a location on West Avenue, near the Arena/Convention Center. Buffalo Wild Wing's is right next to it...another popular bar.
As for steakhouses, the Tea Steakhouse is awesome... just a few miles outside the city limits of SF...
Foley's & Minerva's in SF are good steak places.
